- By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
- By placing an order at A Great Baby, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.
- All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by A Great Baby as responsible for the personal information.
- The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
- Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
- Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
We ask for two weeks to get your goods sewn for you. Whenever it is possible, we will get it done even sooner. But because each piece of clothing is made with tender loving care, we cannot promise it any sooner.
When you need a rush order, it is best to call us and inquire if it is possible.

Rush orders will cost 25% more and will have the charge of actual shipping costs. Mary will discuss with you how much shipping will be before we write up your rush order.
When tracking information shows that a package was delivered to correct address given, we cannot ship you another if it is stated that you do not receive package. The best thing to do in this case is drive to your local post office with the tracking number we provided to you, and first ask if they have your package. If not, file a claim for merchandise stolen from your box. As horrible as we would feel, there is just too much work and value in supplies for us to replace it for free. We assure you that we do our very best job to get your stuff to you safely and cannot be held responsible for dishonest actions once it has left our shop.
We charge sales tax of 6.5% on all items sold inside of the state of Connecticut. Even if your ship to address is out of the state, we still are mandated to charge you a sales tax.
CHANGES TO AN ORDER
If we have not started your order yet, and you need to make a change to the way that you ordered it, feel free to call us and let us know. We are a small company, and treat our customers like friends whenever possible. So unless we have already printed your fabric and sewn your garment, we are happy to change spelling or size. When we cannot do this, we ask you to understand, just like we would hope a friend would.
We do not give refunds and only exchange goods that are faulty by us. We cannot offer a refund on something you misspelled when ordering, or the wrong size ordered. We make each item just the way you have asked us to, and cannot afford to replace them when not ordered correctly. Because of this we ask you to check and double check on sizing and spelling before you place your order.
The fabric that we print on is a mixture of polyester and cotton. The way in which we print your name on the fabric is permanently printed into the fabric in a method called dye sublimation. The nature of polyester fabric has been known to pill on occasion at knees and bums. We do our best to use the finest quality of fabric, similarly to how your leggings will pill, so might your child's. We cannot give refunds if this does happen. We "test drive" almost all new fabrics on our own children so that we are fully aware of each roll of fabric that comes in to our shop, so this is a rare situation, but we wanted you to be aware.
